Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically delivered within 5–8 business days, depending on the location. Delays may occur due to courier issues, strikes, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Iconic Blaze is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

We accept exchanges only under the following conditions: wrong product delivered (incorrect size, color, or design), genuine manufacturing defect, or product damaged in transit. Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact. Products purchased during sales, promotions, or discounts are non-exchangeable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or wrong product delivered. In case of wrong product delivery or transit damage, return shipping costs will be borne by Iconic Blaze. For all other exchange requests, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer. We do not offer returns or cash refunds under any circumstances. All resolutions will be provided through product exchange only, subject to stock availability.

Once delivered in good condition, we are not responsible for damages caused by improper use, washing, or handling. Our maximum liability, under any circumstance, is limited to the purchase value of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to product use or website access.
